Terms and Conditions for Payments
1. Payment Agreement
By proceeding with payment via this website, you agree to the terms set out below. This payment facility is provided to allow clients to settle bespoke amounts as agreed with Yann Studios, including deposits, balances, or full fees for photography services. The amount entered should reflect the sum due as communicated by us.
2. Custom Amounts
The amount you enter for payment must correspond to an invoice, quotation, or written agreement provided by Yann Studios. If you are unsure of the correct amount to pay, please contact us directly before proceeding.
3. Deposits and Balances
- A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. The specific amount and terms will have been communicated at the time of booking.
- Balances are payable by the agreed date, typically before the portrait session or upon delivery of final products, depending on your chosen service.
4. Refunds
- Payments made via this website are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be handled in accordance with the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980 and European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013, where relevant.
- As our services are bespoke and tailored to individual clients, the right to cancel under the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply once the photographic session has been carried out or personalised products have been ordered.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be received in writing.
- Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client.
- In the unlikely event that Yann Studios must cancel a session, all payments made will be refunded in full.
6. Data Protection
All personal data submitted via this website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with GDPR and the Data Protection Acts 1988–2018. Payment information is processed securely and is not stored by Yann Studios.
7. Liability
Yann Studios is not liable for any errors in the payment amount entered by the client. Please ensure that the figure entered matches the agreed amount.
